Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares has been running on Channel 4 since 2004.  The final series of the programme has just started, focussing specifically on Europe’s holiday hotspots, and is called ‘Ramsay’s Costa del Nightmares‘

The successful show shows the celebrity chef attempt to convert struggling restaurants using his unique and direct approach.

This series threw up a new challenge for Mr Ramsay as he came up against Mr Tim Wall – the well-known and well-liked owner of the Ski Lodge in La Tania.

Not the Alps…

Don’t panic – the Ski Lodge is not in need of any assistance.  This bar and restaurant has been successful ever since it opened, thanks to the stewardship of Tim and his wife Debbie.

Tim also owns a restaurant in Cap Breton – Le Deck.

Quite frankly, we doubt very much that the place is having difficulty at all – Tim and Debbie are too good for that – but let’s not let that get in the way of good television.

Great publicity

It will be, after all, great publicity for the business – and all they had to do was put up with Gordon Ramsay for 120 hours of filming back in June.
